The Digital FHSS 2.4G 12-Line Phone is a cordless phone designed to function with any Panasonic phone system, such as the Panasonic 8 x 24 Phone System (sold separately). This light, ergonomic phone gives you the mobility, clarity and security of 2.4GHz frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) operation, plus the functionality of a powerful system phone. An essential communications tool for busy offices or homes, the Digital FHSS 2.4G 12-Line Phone with a 6-line backlit LCD can accommodate as many as 12 CO lines. In addition to speakerphone, it also possesses a host of sophisticated features that you can control with the handset's joystick and functions buttons.

Keep the Digital FHSS 2.4G 12-Line Phone's handset charger cradle on your desk and position the base antenna in a location central to your workplace to maximize your range. You'll enjoy clear sound, enhanced range and reduced interference from radios, computer monitors and fluorescent lighting. FHSS technology brings an important benefit to the user: security. Cordless phones with FHSS are more secure than regular cordless phones because they transmit over the entire bandwidth, constantly changing frequency, which in turn deters electronic eavesdropping.
The 6-line multi-function backlit LCD readout provides helpful information, like Caller ID data, call information, line status, and flexible key number or name. The Digital FHSS 2.4G 12-Line Phone also features 9 different ring melodies and 6 ring patterns to choose from. The vibrator ring is available for use when you don't want an audible ring. Caller ID is a service your phone company provides for a fee.
The cordless speakerphone's fast and reliable joystick can be used to adjust the handset, speaker and ringer volumes as well as to adjust the contrast of the LCD. Searching through the speed dial and accessing menu options has never been easier or quicker.
Just clip the compact handset to your belt or purse and you're ready to receive or make calls from anywhere within range. The convenient built-in speakerphone, combined with the Auto Answer feature, gives you the freedom to answer and talk hands-free from anywhere within the coverage area. The Digital FHSS 2.4G 12-Line Phone is compatible with inductively coupled hearing aids.
