This RF Remote Control Key Fob has a pre-installed battery and features two buttons: lock and unlock. It is comaptible with all MiLocks RF Controlled Deadbolts and Doorlocks.

    I have to be honest, I think the remotes quality is lacking. We ordered two extra remotes with the lock. One didn't work right off and was replaced by you immediately, no questions asked. However, one of the other remotes stopped working now. Red light is on all the time. I have not even called to have that one replaced. I am hoping the two remaining remotes continue to work. I love the lock, and the convenience of having the keypad and remote to get in....just feel the remotes quality is inferior.

    Installation wasn't too hard but it took some doing to get the remote to work every time. The remote and the keypad don't always work the first time.

    The remote control works as expected. It learned to the door lock without issue. It is cheaply built which is why it scores four instead of five stars only. It would always be nice to have an option for a higher quality version.

    WORKS GOOD.Had a hard time to get it to sync with lock but i think its the lock .Even programing it for codes takes about 3or 4 tries before it remembers .But once you get it to work it works well with a limited range
