This is a fairly high quality product, that installs fairly easily, and will look good on your door. Pros: ease of installation, quality finish, coolness factor Cons: instructions are vague and somewhat unfocused, recognizer needs to be wiped clean after every use for 90-100% positive recognition, fingerprint management of users is clumsy, and requires users to be deleted in order or recognition. Really all this unit needs to be a top notch item is a better set of instructions regarding the registration of admin and non admin users, and a better interface to delete previous registered users. For example, the literature is confusing in that it states you can register admin users in two different manners, but users can be registered in only one manner (which is the same as one of the admin ways!!). Fingerprint management is clumsy in that if you register 6 users in this order: Admin1, Admin2, User1, User2, User3, and User4 and want to delete User2, you have to delete Users 4, then 3, then 2, and then re-register 3 and 4. If you are using this just for yourself, and/or your spouse, this will probably serve as an adequate lock. But for people who plan to use this for kids, or friends or multiple users, I would suggest something that has management that can be done via laptop.

This product was easy to install. Works great and takes the worry out of a family member losing their keys. I LOVE IT. Do read the programing section a couple of times before you attemp to program.
