Just connect the Portable Telephone Line Amplifier between your phone base and the handset, and it will immediately amplify sounds by 15 dB. Move the volume slide or press the "Boost" button to increase the volume. At its maximum, the Portable Telephone Line Amplifier will amplify incoming sounds by 25 dB.
The Portable Telephone Line Amplifier is powered by two AAA batteries (included). The Portable Telephone Line Amplifier is designed for use with corded telephones that have a handset separate from the telephone base. For the same amplification on your cell phone, install the Cordless Headset Amplifier (sold separately).
