The Broan Whole House Air Exchanger is a cost-effective solution to dilute contaminants inside a home by continually exchanging stale, polluted air with fresh outdoor air. Continuous background ventilation with 30-55 CFM (Cubic Feet/Minute) of outdoor fresh air improves air quality by reducing indoor contaminant concentration levels. It is the minimal requirement for improved indoor air quality and continuous air exchange. Another feature of the Whole House Air Exchanger is for reducing excess humidity (depending on outside conditions). The Whole House Air Exchanger is ideal for houses that already have a bath fan and are up to 2,000 square feet in size.

A Smart Electronics board with advanced smart temperature circuitry will set the percentage of air mixture to optimize comfort levels in case of extreme temperatures (below 23°F and above 74°F). An easy-to-use wall switch is included with unit for better control with off, normal, boost, and recirculation setting modes. Includes fresh air indicator and filter maintenance indicator.
