Since you can add an unlimited number of the Single Add-On Flush Mount Units to your Reporter Flushmount Intercom system (sold separately), you can have as many intercoms as you have members of your family or rooms in your home. Each will enable another family member to talk to anyone on the system within a 1000-foot range. Designed to operate with power-saving technology, each Single Add-On Flush Mount Unit runs continuously for up to three years on four C batteries (sold separately).

The intercom is easy to use. Just hold down the "talk" button, and every intercom unit in the network will receive the signal. When somebody responds by holding down his own "talk" button, a secure channel is created; no other unit will receive the signal, and no one else will be able to hear your conversation.
The Reporter's advanced system features four channel selections. Broadcast to all channels simultaneously or speak to one party through the automatically secured link. The system can always be left on. Additional features include adjustable volume.
Extra tabletop Reporter wireless intercoms are also available and sold separately. These can be added to your intercom network in the same manner as any additional Flushmount Intercoms. The Reporter Flushmount Intercom will also communicate with the Oracle FrontDoor Wireless Intercom Unit and the Oracle Portable Intercom Unit.
