Essential Info

This Whole-House Blocking Coupler slips over the neutral wire feed entering the house. It senses the presence of X10 signals and generates an offsetting voltage signal to neutralize it. At the same time the Whole-House Blocking Coupler acts as a passive (non-amplified) signal coupler to allow X10 signals to travel between phases within the home.

I had stray signals coming from a neighbor. The neighbor was even on a different house code but my lights were randomly turning off and on. This unit stopped that all together. Another important feature of this unit is that it also stops signal from getting out of your home. Look at this as a "needed item" in any x10 installation. It stops unwanted ignals from getting into your home and keeps your x10 signals from getting out. I would recommend this product.

Has been installed without a problem. I am able to communicate on both sides of the power service...but I wasn't having a problem to start with. When I have more items installed, I will power it off and see if I start having problems. Thanks
