Essential Info

Some TVs, battery chargers and a European 110V/220V electric shaver are some examples of appliances that may generate enough noise to affect reliable X10 operation. Simply plug the appliance into this filter and then plug it back into the receptacle to remove the noise. It also completely blocks X10 signals so you can use it to isolate a group of devices on a power strip as long as the total load does not exceed 5A.

    The filter did not correct the problem I am having. The person who installed an HAI system in my home advised me that the filter would fix the problem I am having. When the microwave is operating I cannot turn on or off any l8ight switches. I will return the switch to you. I will call your company to see if someone can advise me further. Thank you.

    The plug in filter fixed a problem I was having with a electronic transformer that was plugged into an insteon outlet link. Before the filter the outlet would work about 1/2 the time. With the filter the outlet is shutting off every time it gets commanded to shut off.

    My customer service representative, Dee Calderon, is WONDERFUL!! She is professional, keeps her word, follows through as promised, personable, sweet and you are very lucky to have her working with you. To no fault of Dee's, one item we desperately need (10 - 15amp plug-in noise filters) will be unavailable-- as per the manufacturer -- until January, 2007. It would be really nice if you had a back-up manufacturer for this product, if that is even possible.
