An Ordinary nightlight simply offers a bit of comfort in the dark, but what do you so when the power goes out and you lose your nightlight? The 2nd Generation Sylvania LED Power Failure Light does much more, it operates as a standard nightlight and using a built-in rechargeable battery, it will remain lit even when the power fails. Additionally, the light can be removed from the outlet and used as a flashlight. Once the device has been plugged in, the built-in rechargeable battery will begin to charge. A photocell will activate the nightlight only in the dark so it doesn't drain energy throughout the day. If you should lose power, the LED will flash and the rechargeable battery will kick in for up to seven hours of use. The light can be removed from the outlet and used as a flashlight; an On/Off button and retractable plug are present for added convenience. The light is perfect for any room, the hallway, stairway, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, garage and attic.
