I highly recommend buying the 36" cable instead. You can then purchase some solder type connectors, cut the 36" cable to custom fit your situation, and then solder the new connector to the cut end. You''ll have a custom length cable and potentially another cable if you need it for not much more than the price of this 10" cable and a little elbow grease. Otherwise, if you''re at all in doubt as to whether this cable is long enough buy the 36" and hide the excess if you aren''t capable of building your own cables. You could of course simply build your own cable. The pinout is straight through I believe. Just make sure you use large enough wire to handle the ampacity of the light (i.e., 160mA per 30 LED cluster).
