Since it runs on battery power, you'll never have to worry about its flame burning out of control. The Battery-Operated Flicker Candle is powered by four AA batteries, sold separately.

The Battery-Operated Flicker Candle contains three LEDs that produce multiple points of randomly shifting light, creating a glow that flickers, rolls, and casts dancing shadows, just like a real candle flame. A microchip inside the candle creates random, non-repeating light patterns.
The Battery-Operated Flicker Candle is white with smooth sides. The candle is also available in natural beeswax with wax drippings down its sides for authenticity. Prefer a narrower candle? A 3x6 candle is also available; choose beeswax with drips or smooth white. A kit is also available with this 4x6 white smooth candle and a 3x6 white smooth candle. If you prefer not to use batteries, candles are available in an electric, plug-in style as well. All candles are sold separately.
