The product is good but unfortunately this was a gift to my mother who is 88 yrs old and she is too weak to turn the candle for recharging. I have already contacted the customer srvice for return authorization # and will be shipped today for refund via UPS ground. I will visit Smarthome site regulary to order at later date for some other things. Your site is excellent. Thank you.

One of these lights was not working when it arrived. They are very easy to use but not very bright at all. Four of them clustered together still didn't equal a single, real candle.

So far maybe one star...lights seem overly delicate and "buggy" One doesn't work at all. It's difficult even to turn them on. Re-charging unit not very heavy duty and efficient. Enclosed instructions are a bit vague. Hey, you get what you pay for, right?

Two of the six lights I ordered wouldn't charge. I had ordered them for a dinner party and didn't have time to box them and return them to you. I would not order this product again but the four lights I have work and look very nice.

the lights are OK. I wanted them for beige and rose colored candle holders. The small flicker does not word well with the candle holders they do not shine through enough. With a lighter container they would be much better.

Buyer beware. These are very poor (cheep)quality. they're too light to make contact with the charger. After three days we've managed to get one of the six candles to work. Can't RMA because it was bough more than 30 days ago as a Christmas present. :(

Works great once you learn that the contacts don't always mate well and need to be coaxed into position in the charger. Runs a good 10-12 hours on a charge and is very realistic, but maybe somewhat more subdued than flame votives. Romantically...very nice with backlit mirrors ;-)
