Unlike typical candles, that can become expensive to keep replacing, the Battery-Operated Candle glows and flickers like a real candle, and only its two C batteries (sold separately) need to be replaced after approximately 350 hours of lighting time. It poses no danger to your children or pets and emits a delicious vanilla scent along with its glow.
