Like all the positions I can set it in. Sometimes I wish it would hold a horizontal position a little better. Also wish the on.off switches were by the lamp head instead of by the base. Used installation clamp, hooked to desk easily. Overall, I'd buy it again.

The light we purchased is not bright enough for the purpose we had in mind but the light itself is nice.

Not recommended -- despite having 66 very bright LEDs, the overall result is a not-so-bright lamp! So you're left with an expensive and good looking lamp that doesn't work so well. A 60W halogen lamp works MUCH better, despite the added heat and energy consumption. Also, the LEDs could be a little warmer (color-wise). They are so pale white that it's like you're reading under a near-blue, coldish, hospital light.

So far i am happy with the light. it is not as bright as the description given on line but it perfect to light your computer,keyboard etc. it is a very clean, white light, and highly advanced design, it is perfect for tight space areas, with a clean sleek design. The light fixture is very flexible, so it is easy to aim the light where you need it. its weakest point is the way it connects to the clamp that is provided. When using the clamp the weight of the light does not allow you to situate the light arm exactly where you want it. there needs to be a way to tighten the arm onto the clamp mount to allow placement of the light bar. i have only been using it for a few days but it seems to be waht i wanted for my home office

Best desk lamp I've ever owned. Replaced an incandescent bulb that put out very annoying heat, and the Z-Bar is a wonderful replacement.
