It has a weatherproof casing that was designed to withstand the outdoor elements and can be mounted easily with the included hardware. Six ultra-bright LEDs are powerful enough to light almost any area outside your home, making it safe for you to go outside at night or act as a deterrent for criminals. An adjustable head rotates to aim the light where it is needed most. The floodlight uses a built-in photocell that will activate only in the dark and a motion sensor that will activate when movement has been detected within a 25 foot range. The floodlight will shut-off automatically approximately 30 seconds after motion has no longer been detected, helping to extend the life of the batteries. The LEDs should never need to be replaced as they are rated to last up to 100,000 hours. This versatile light is great for the front porch, back patio, side of your home, garage, or anywhere you want to provide a lighted, safe and secure environment at night. This product requires the use of four C batteries, sold separately.
