    These work pretty well so far. Not had them long just trying them now. The provide adequate light to see basically what you're doing. Might be a little dim for food prep...this is a subjective statement though. These would be great if they were motion sensitive. Decent price makes them worth a trial. Overall I like these lights.

    What a difference these lights make. My apt kitchen has an excellent overhead light behind me when I am at the sink. I put four of them up under the cabinets and wow! Easy to install and I have the option of lighting only the area I need. Sorry I didn't do it sooner. I had tried the small puck lights. These are so much better.

    It works very well for my application. It spreads light in about a 12-14 inch diameter. the light is about 8" off the work surface. The LED'S cast a blue/grey color. I use it to read my keyboard, built inside a roll-top desk. The lights swivel 90 degrees.

    Light is tinted towards the blue end of the spectrum so may be a bit "cold" for some uses. Light beam is pretty narrow so needs to be aimed. Not super bright overall, but seemed adequate for the undercounter use I put it to, but illumination drops off pretty fast beyond say 2-feet.
