The TCP Inc. 23-Watt Fast Start Soft White Bulb is a CFL (Compact Fluorescent) which will provide the user with an expected 10,000 hours of illumination. Replicating natural sunlight, this bulb provides soft white superior light equivalent to a 90-Watt incandescent. These CFL's will save the user money by consuming less energy during use, and by having a much longer life expectancy than inefficient incandescent bulbs.
