There is extra noise in the phone while I'm using wirelesss jack,and distance is about 10 feet.

So far no problems and it works as described. Easy installation and setup.

Hooked up second HDTV Satellite box to avoid extra charge, worked right away. No problems.

Caller ID doesn't come through to phones on extensions.

Works as promised. Installation very simple, instructions are complete, and quality of signal is (at least) sufficient for my fax machine. One small "gotcha"... after an extended power outage, I had to reset the remote units by unplugging them from the wall as they didn't respond to the reset button. Trivial issue, just good to know if you purchase one. Price was right for me...less than $100 for system and extension provided me with what I needed easier and faster than adding phone line drops in three rooms.

extensions very poor for voice. Very noisey and alot of static. Will not use them at all.
