Vizia RF+ Wireless Z-Wave Technology
Technology providing versatile home control which effectively offers intelligent monitoring of, wireless, radio frequency (RF) controlled components; switches, lighting controls, thermostats (HVAC), appliances, shades and more are all capable of being wirelessly controlled, remotely or locally. Incredible reliability, high-end performing automation, affordable equipment, and low installation costs are provided by Vizia RF+ Z-Wave enabled systems. Perfect for professional installers but intended and simple enough for the average home owner, these Vizia RF+ devices easily upgrade standard dimmers and switches with intelligent home automation components. Installing a Vizia RF+ system will generate considerable energy savings for the homeowner.
Each room or section of a room in the home (referred to as a Zone) can be equipped with lighting controls programmed to suit the intended activity of that room by customizing scenes and presetting lighting levels for that area. This "Zone" control offers the homeowner flexibility by lighting only what is needed or wanted, when it is wanted, at the specific levels or intensities desired, no matter the location of the device. Homeowners can take advantage of the simple programming to schedule these controls for switching On and Off at the user's preselected times. Scheduling features also offer added safety and security when applied to outdoor or perimeter lighting by illuminating pathways and making vacant homes look occupied.
Actions such as locally and manually switching in-wall devices can be used by the system as a trigger or controller for other devices in the system; this will be providing the user with wireless remote control of any Vizia RF+ device in the network from almost any Vizia RF+ device in the network.
