I am currently waiting to hear back from your tech support team as this zone controller only turns off and dims the lights when paired with my zwave dimmer from intermatic. I cannot get it to turn on the lights.

The 1-zone controller w/dim is a flawed product. It can only control 1 switch and not a whole zone. Setup for the controler is confusing because it seems like you can select a zone or multiple switches, but this controller only recognizes the first switch and all the other switches in the zone are uneffected. After speeking with Leviton, they confirmed that this is how the unit operates. I have over a dozen Vizia-RF modules, this is the only one I found dissapointing. A 1-zone controller should control a ZONE - this product is a 1-SWITCH controller! Unfortunatly, the 1-Scene controller does not have the dimmer feature, so it is not a good alternative.
