Essential Info
Control a space heater, room fan, or any other plug-in appliance remotely, turning it on and off by plugging it into the Vizia RF Z-Wave 15-Amp Appliance Module. Since this scene-capable appliance module is Z-Wave compatible, you'll be able to control it using a switch as well as remotely using a radio-frequency controller, so no new wires need to be run, and you won't have to rely on power lines to get your commands to your lamp. The Vizia RF Z-Wave Programmer/Controller is required for all Vizia installations and is sold separately.

Z-Wave Module DetailsPlug any appliance up to 15 amps into the bottom of the Vizia RF Z-Wave 15-Amp Appliance Module, and you'll be able to control it with the press of a button on any Z-Wave-compatible controller. Instead of relying on your home's power lines to deliver commands to your lighting and appliances, Z-Wave technology repeats commands over radio frequency for added reliability. You're also less likely to leave lights burning or fans running all night if you can turn off every device in the house with an "all off" command from a bedside controller. Additional features include an LED locator light that illuminates automatically when the module's load is in the off position.
