Better than a plug in night lite because I dont have to worry about my son unplugging it and playing with the exposed metal prongs in the outlet

It added safety to my home perfectly. I have one a the foot and base of the main stairs and another at a small 2 step down into a den. At night it lights those area up perfectly, without hurting ones eyes. Seeing is believing in this case.

Reading other reviews that said it was a little dim I would agree after first installing it. But in actual use I think it is the perfect brightness, I don't need it to light up the whole hallway, only provide a little help at night on the way to the bathroom without having to turn on the overhead light. Waking up in the middle of the night with my eyes used to the dark, the nightlight seems surprisingly bright.

This is a great product though a little pricy compared to a nite lite. I will definitely buy more.

We received them very promptly. We had them installed and are pleased so far. I have no idea how the long term durability will be.
