Essential Info
The ControLinc Maxi is the X10 controller you have been waiting for, and it's the last X10 controller you will ever buy (except you will want one for every room in the house). User-programmable buttons eliminate having everything on the same house code, i.e. program button 1 to M3, button 2 to A7, button 3 to D12, etc. Enrolling scene-compatible Smarthome Design products is as simple as one button press, so you'll never again have to experience tedious MNOP programming sequences.
Note: ControLinc Maxi sends out X10 commands and not INSTEON

Flexible: User-Programmable Buttons
Each of the ControLinc Maxi's 10 buttons can be programmed to any of the 256 X10 addresses. No longer are you constrained to sequential buttons, such as M1, M2, M3, and M4. Program any X10 address to the button of your choice.
Programming Buttons for Smarthome Scene-Compatible Products
The ControLinc Maxi includes four pre-programmed buttons that enable easy programming of scene-enabled Smarthome products. These buttons will send the unique "M-N-O-P" codes (i.e. "Clear Sequence") necessary to set up scenes.
Simple Guest-Friendly Soft-Touch On/Off Buttons
Once you press the soft-touch buttons on the Maxi, you will never want to go back to your other controller again. The buttons are durable rubber and allow for tactile feedback and a nice button press.
Easily Access all 256 PLC Addresses
Code wheels and sliders are a thing of the past. Open the cover of the Maxi to gain access to all 256 X10 addresses.
Multi-House Code-Programmable All Lights On/All Units Off Buttons
You can assign up to 4 house codes to the All Lights On and All Units Off buttons. No longer are you constrained to the last house code pressed.
