One lacking is documentation on which way the sensitivity control applies. There is a graphic indication on the label but not a clue on what represents darker or lighter. Just a reference to sensitivity.

A drawback-too many trees around the house-photocell closes circuit too early and opens circuit too late-I have adjust sensitivity to a minimum

This is the second unit I've purchased replacing one damaged from a coffee spill. If you have any X10 outlets and swithes having one of these is very important as it gives you the ability to turn on or off all units in the house...very important since some receivers dont recover to a normal state after a power failure.

This is a new device to me. Prior to this I had lights on timers and was constantly having to change them as a result of time changes, power outages, and of course, length of daylight. This couldn't make that process any simplier. Great product!

Great for when you're away and want lights on after dark.

The photocell mini controller always turns on the lights.

I am very pleased with the product. I am and was not pleased with being charged with shipping back waiting patiently for two months for the procuct.

works great. i had the same model for about 9 years and it became unreliable. i think that is a decent amount of time for the price!
