The kit contains everything you need: (1) Keychain Remote, (1) 168-Device RF Base and (1) 5-In-1 RF/IR Learning Remote.

Keychain Remote: The four buttons on the tiny remote control addresses 1 and 2 or 5 and 6. The bottom two buttons control dim and bright. Includes one 3V lithium battery.

168-Device RF Base: Works with X10's new line of Ir remote controls and PIR motion sensors. Built in appliance module responds to unit code 1 or 9. The newly redesigned base module receives all 16 unit code addresses on one house code. Add other X10 handheld remotes to your system to expand control of your home. As long as they are on the same house code as the base they will all control the same devices.

The radio signals sent by the remote control will not directly control a UHF satellite dish receiver or other audio-video gear which only receives RF signals. The RF portion of the remote control is only for controlling home automation products.

The remote control unit did not work properly. The "set-up button" would not stay lit to allow me to program it properly. I ordered another one and it functioned but it was very difficult to get the set-up button to allow me to program it.

I ordered 6-in-1 Keychain Remote Kit on 5/7/2003 (order#733958) and received it at middle of the July! I can't think any company I have ordered products from them through Internet who gives me such experience! During the more than two month period, I called your service representative twice. none of them were willing to admit there was an issue of products with statement "there is a backlog, we will let you know once the product is available." When I asked "why it take so long", I got no answer. When I asked "Why you always tell your customers the product will be available next week when you even don't know when", I got no answer. The representatives probably do not know why. It seems to me it is your management person's issue. Besides that your higher pricing is losing market shares. If your management person are serious about your products' market share, I would like to see new change now!
