The Bryant PIR Occupancy Sensor Heavy Duty Dimmer Switch uses advanced PIR technology to sense the movement of heat-emitting bodies. The Occupancy Sensor provides Auto-ON/Auto-OFF lighting control. The sensor automatically turns lights on when you enter a room and off after the room becomes vacant and a preset time delay elapses. Built-in dimmer provides preset full-range dimming of light load. This switch includes Bryant’s patent pending "alert to off" feature which will dim the lights prior to turning them off, once motion is detected the lights will return to full brightness. This sensor switch is compatible with any decorator-style or decorator screwless wallplate. This heavy duty switch can accommodate 800W Incandescent or 1000W Fluorescent at 120V AC or 1800W Fluorescent at 277V AC.
