The Tricod Inc PL244 Plastic Solar Fence Mount Light, Copper - 2 Pack is the perfect lighting alternative to a conventional electrically powered pathway or post mount light. These lights come 2 to a pack and unlike traditional electric powered mounted lights these have an operating cost of $0 and no wiring because they are powered by free, solar energy. A solar panel on the top of the light collects sunlight throughout the day and powers a Ni-Cd rechargeable AA battery which is included with the purchase. This solar fence mount light automatically turns on at dusk and will provide up to 8-10 hours of nighttime illumination when it is fully charged. Each mount contains an ultra-bright LED and a manual on/off switch in the event you do not want your solar light to automatically turn on. They are water and corrosion-resistant making them great options year round and not just during the summer months. These are ideal for use on 4 x 4 posts.
