The Light Efficient Design LED-4231 MR16 6W 1 LED Hi Lumen Lamp in daylight (5000K) has a fully encapsulated bi-pin mounting that integrates energy saving High Power LED technology into a standard MR16 format. Equivalent to a 40W halogen light output, this lamp lasts up to 50,000 hours of lamp life. The 6W MR16 lamp has been designed to retrofit existing MR16 halogen installations, thereby reducing maintenance and energy expenditures - and as an energy saving light source for new fixtures and installations. Dimmable with Lutron MALV-600. Use for the following applications: - Recessed lighting
- Task lighting
- Accent lighting
- Decorative / track lighting
This product is also available in soft white. Note: For indoor use only in "open air", or nearly "open air" fixtures, such as exposed track and suspended fixtures. All LED bulbs cannot be used in fully enclosed fixtures.
