System works great and it was very easy to set up. The monitoring/control web tools are more complete than I expected and also work well from my droid and my wife's iphone web browsers and, of course, from the computer. I used a Wi-Fi gaming bridge to add the controller to my wireless network and that was a problem at first, but the problem was with my gaming bridge and not the BAYweb unit. I eventually fixed my gaming bridge and now it hasn't dropped offline since. "No monthly service fees" was the main reason I went with these guys. From what I can tell, you only need to pay a service fee if you want to control several units in groups from one web control interface. I use this for my weekend home and it allows us to monitor it while we are away and it also lets us turn up/down the temp remotely so the house is comfortable when we get there. As a bonus, all the information you get from the web interface also helps you adjust your system to help set it more efficiently which will hopefully save me money on my utility bills. I love this product and would recommend it to everyone. I may have to put a second one in my main house also.
