In addition to its pre-set cooking levels, the cooking fork can also be calibrated to any other specific temperatures with the press of one button. The fork will then beep when the food reaches the temperature level you set. The cooking fork is constructed with FDA-grade plastics and stainless steel -- just wipe it clean! Measurements are made in F° and C°. The fork uses 1 AA battery (sold separately).
