This highly-reliable tool lets you know exactly when to take the food off the flame depending on how you like it (rare, medium, well, or anywhere in between). No more overcooked food! No more cutting into the meat to see if it's done! And no more sending food back to the grill for additional cooking! The kit comes with a desktop temperature station, remote transmitter and meat probe. The system requires 2 AA batteries and 1 9-volt battery (batteries sold separately).
Best of all, the system works remotely, displaying the temperature on a desktop station which you can conveniently place on your kitchen counter, so you don't have to check up on the meat every two minutes! Just plug the probe sensor wire into the remote sensor jack at the bottom of the transmitter, insert the probe into the center of the meat and place the food in the BBQ or oven. You'll then be able to gauge the meat's temperature remotely without constantly letting the heat out by opening your BBQ.
