Unlike many digital meat thermometers, the stainless steel Rapid Read BBQ Fork lets you check the temperature of fish, beef, lamb, poultry, or pork without changing settings. Just insert the temperature probe into the meat, and within three seconds, the temperature will be displayed on the fork's LCD screen along with a graph showing the appropriate cooking level for different meats. Thanks to the backlight, you'll even be able to check in low light, such as at a sunset barbecue. The fork even has a built-in flashlight for visual inspection of your dinner.
