The Digital Volumetric Spoon Scale from Parasia International is a kitchen gadget all chefs should have in their array of cooking devices. This Digital Spoon Scale measures precisely and quickly with 2 selectable weight unit options of ounces and grams. Weight is tracked as either a one-time measurement or accumulative and displayed on the spoons LCD screen located on its handle. When using as a one-time measurement it can track up to 10oz or 300g and if using the accumulative function it can track up to 105oz or 3,000g. The Digital Spoon also has Tare and Hold measurement features. Cleaning this spoon is a breeze because the scoop is detachable and is even dishwasher safe. An automatic power-off function turns the spoons digital measurer off when it is not in use. The handle of the spoon is made of ABS plastic and stainless steel.
