    Great fun skimming the pool now, the net is fine enough to catch even the smallest floating debris. Just be careful not to back up too fast or everything comes out of the net back into the pool.

    This is an excellent product. A couple of years ago I drew plans for a similar device I was going to build myself. This is better than I could have built. It skims the entire pool 16x32 in about 10 minutes even at this time of the year when there's a lot of stuff dropping from the trees... and ITS FUN. The removable net makes it easy to clean out the rollers at the front keep it from getting caught on the side of the pool. The battery is Nickel Metal Hydride so its strong and lasts long. The only thing I could suggest is a solar collector so that it would charge itself in the sun.

    Great item..It was the second one you shipped me..The first had an engine that didn't work..Your customer service is excellent..They sent me a return label and asked if I wanted another or my money back..I wanted another one and it arrived in great working order... Its a very good product..the only thing I would change is make the engines a little more powerful and durable...again very satisfied with the product and very, very happy with your customer service...

    the first boat arrived and the port engine did not work...Your customer service dept was Excellent and sent me a label to return it...I then received the second one which works fine...Your customer service dept did exactly what a customer looks for when things are not in good order..ease of correcting the situation..Great job

    It does pick up a few leaves off the top of the water but a bit slow for lots of floating objects. Fun to play with. Needs a longer lasting battery. Not hard to assemble and is generally ok.

    Works as expected. Only drawback so far is the range of the antenna. Starts to cut out at far side of pool. I am averaging 2 full cleanings on one battery charge. (Including extra time showing it off to everyone) Actual boat is larger than I thought from description and pictures.

    Arrived very quickly and direct to my home. The uniot worked relatively fine except one of the 2 engines would stay on if you tried to reverse it. In essence if you reversed the starboard engine it would stay on in the reverse position until you retrieved the boat and shut the unit off and then turned it back on and the engine would be OK until you reversed it again. A pain in the butt. I E-Mailed for an RMA and got one quickly however then discovered that I had to pay for the shipping to return the unit to California and being in Canada that was just not practical so I kept the unit operating at 75% efficiency just because of the hassle.
