Some thirsty plants require more water than others. If you use the Rain8 2-Way X10 Sprinkler Controller to manage your sprinkler system remotely via X10 commands from your PC, you can expand the system to additional zones of your landscaping for more targeted watering. The RJ45 Splitter for PowerLinc Interface allows connection of up to five Rain8 8-zone modules to your PC through a single powerline interface. The Rain8 2-Way X10 Sprinkler Controller and Rain8II 8-Zone Expansion Modules are sold separately, as is the PowerLinc or TW523 required to send X10 commands from your computer through the powerlines.
