The manifold uses numerous different metals that cause an electro action when water flows through. This causes the dissimilar metals to rapidly oxidize and will only last one to two years. Definitely not worth the money to buy for one or two years. The part that screws onto your faucet is held on to a thin piece of brass with a c-clip. This thin area of brass breaks easily.

They sell these all over the place locally but yours are definatly the best quality that I have found.
