You can even control the thermostat using just your voice. If you have a loved one who is visually impaired, disabled, elderly or otherwise has difficulty using a standard thermostat, the Kelvin Talking Thermostat is a small investment that can enhance the quality of life and increase independence. This thermostat is powered through your HVAC wiring and by four AA batteries, sold separately.

Voice-Controlled Thermostat
Are you concerned about a loved one's ability to manage the thermostat when you are not there? Once you program the Kelvin Talking Thermostat using the talking buttons, the advanced speech recognition technology allows you to raise and lower the temperature simply by using voice commands, which can be initiated by pressing the large tactile buttons or by clapping your hands.
Programmable Thermostat Saves Energy and Adjusts Automatically
Set up to four different temperature changes per day: morning, day, evening, and night. The temperature will adjust automatically, so you won't waste energy when it's not needed. You can set different time and temperature profiles for each day of the week. The Kelvin Talking Thermostat can also be specially programmed for weekends and vacations.
Easy-to-Read Display Confirms Commands
Although the Kelvin Talking Thermostat is voice interactive, you can also view time, temperature, day of the week and other information and visually confirm the voice-activated commands on the easy-to-read LCD screen.
Important Note: DO NOT use this product with heat pump systems, systems exceeding 50VAC and 1 Amp, any 120 or 240VAC system.
