This thermostat allows you to set any temperature between 60° and 90°F or a low temperature setting of 40°F, as well as control heat/cool, auto and off functions by X10. See the "X10 Decode Table" to see how codes are used to control this thermostat. With this unit you can use any X10 timer or automation system to program different temperature schedules. Use with HouseLinc TM to remotely set any temperature by clicking on an icon.

Use with X10 wireless remotes to change temperature from anywhere in your house. Bump the temperature up in the morning from your bedside X10 keypad and setback the temperature at night.

3036F Pool / Spa Remote Temperature Sensor
With the optional remote sensor version (3046C) and a pool / spa sensor (3036F) you can even monitor and control your pool or spa temperature via X10. This 6 ft. long 1/2" diameter unit is installed in-line with the pool or spa water circulation plumbing. In most installations this will require fitting a T-junction in the plumbing. The spa remote sensor connects to the Wall Display Unit.

3046C Wall Mount Remote Temp. Sensor
The optional 3046C Wall Mount Remote Temp. Sensor replaces the internal temperature sensor in the Wall Display Unit with an external sensor. This allows you to control and monitor temperatures in locations away from the display unit. Also, if the present location of your thermostat does not accurately sense the home's average temperature, place the Wall Mount Remote Temperature Sensor (3046C) in a different location.

3036D Weatherproof Remote Temp. Sensor
The optional Weatherproof Remote Temperature Sensor will connect in place of the Wall Display Unit included in the kit. This product is ideal if you need the heating and air conditioning system to be based on outdoor temperatures. This sensor reports the current conditions directly to the Control Unit. It has as an accuracy of +/- 1°F and a range of 0° to 127°F.

All the external temperature sensors communicate digitally with the 3045 Wall Display Unit (thermostat) eliminating calibration and interference problems. The sensor can be located up to 500 ft. away using 22-gauge unshielded 2-pair wire or Cat. 5 cable.
