If you plan to replace your old, bulky thermostats with a new Venstar thermostat, consider using this Venstar Small Footprint Wallplate for a professional looking finish. This wallplate works with Venstar T1700, T1800, T1900, T2700, T2800, T2900, T2900SCH and TSTATEZ thermostats; a separate Venstar wallplate is available for Venstar T1010 and T1050 thermostats. This package includes two different sized wall plates, one is 6.3" wide x 5.5" tall and the other is 8.0" wide x 5.5" tall. Each wallplate is designed to make mounting a new Venstar thermostat easy. Additionally, each plate is extended to cover the area on a wall around a new thermostat, hiding scratches or paint marks that may have been left behind from an old thermostat. These slim, attractive wall plates make replacing an old thermostat with a new Venstar thermostat easy, and eliminates the need to repaint or repair blemishes around the mounting area.
