The assembled unit arrives equipped with four steel damper doors for a well-sealed closure when the fan is off to eliminate any unwanted air coming in or escaping out of your home. A thermal safety overload switch has been added to prevent the unit from overheating. The unit is maintenance free. There are no filters to replace or belts to change, and this long-lasting fan carries a 3-year warranty.
