Essential Info
Did you accidentally leave a window open at your vacation home? Your heater might run all winter! This system disables your HVAC system when a monitored door or window is left open. Wireless transmitters use a magnetic switch to sense when a window is open. An NC relay contact opens after a 2-minute delay, shutting down the heater and saving you money. You should have a system in place, like a Sensaphone, to alert you as the temperature drops, to alert you to the possibility of frozen pipes. Add up to a total of 10 Transmitters to protect all potential openings.
