    I am really impressed with this product. I bought this because I have a wood burning stove in the basement and the owner before me put in little "vent through's" (i guess you could call them) but there the shape of a normal air duct so this works great for bringing the heat from the basement upstairs. The only set back i have is that the entire thing is plastic and my kids have stepped on in and broke one of the fan blades. Maybe make the top piece metal or offer it. Anyways that's my 2 cents.

    Too noisy for a bedroom, tolerable elsewhere in the house, but you will always know it is on, even with the TV blasting. Somewhat effective boosting heating, though not what I had hoped. Cold air is harder to move, and it would be pretty ineffective on air conditioning. Overall, it didn't solve my problem.

    Works pretty well. It does suck the cold/hot air through the vents that are less than average on their output. The thermostats on them I have yet to figure out. They have a child and hot and seem to adjust more to room temp. This turning the fans on when not needed. Weird setup. Over works well though. 4 stars.

    The problem with this device is that it does not work if your already getting the same amount of return air velocity. There is two small fans that is pushing some air through. It is really made for a vent return that has very little return air velocity. It is a little noisy and the blue light is bright. I was going to buy several at once because I thought it was a great ideal, but I'm glad I waited and did not. My recommendation to use this product only if your vent air velocity is very low.

    I was skeptical before getting this. Due to the good price, I decided to give it a try. Although it was late in Summer, we had a few hot days in past few weeks. I installed it upstairs in a room most distal from the central A/C unit and was usually a few degree hotter than other rooms in Summer even with A/C running. With medium fan setting, this fan brings the temperature of a ~200sqft room down a few degrees within 30min when the A/C is running. The noise level is at medium setting is acceptable even at night. The high setting may be a bit too load particularly when the vent is adjacent to the bed. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase.

    It did solve the problem of weak A/C air flow in the guest room, but the two fans are somewhat noisy and the ac adapter power supply gets quite warm.

    I've had this installed for a few weeks and it seems to be working well. It definitely cools the bedroom well. I also had to order the extra bracket plate to get this to fit in the wall vent. Only problem I had was that I had to drill extra holes in it to get the screw holes to line up correctly. Only other complaint is that the lights on this are ridiculously bright. I had to cover them with electrical tape in order to sleep at night.
