This compact, non-programmable thermostat gives you precise temperature control within 1 degree. Designed to be used with central gas, oil and electric furnaces, as well as central air conditioning and single-stage heat pumps, this thermostat is the perfect tool for temperature control. It features a large, digital display and soft-touch buttons for simple programming and operation. Built-in compressor protection also helps prevent damage to your air conditioning system. While the thermostat runs on alkaline batteries, it will warn you when the battery power is getting low. But don’t worry if you can’t change the battery in time - the thermostat stores all settings in non-volatile memory to prevent information loss when the unit is unpowered.
