The RS5000 thermostats are fully compatible with all standard 24V AC heating and cooling systems. Add in easy installation, Contractor ID option, and quality you can depend on, and you have the Robertshaw RS5000 thermostat family - Simply the Right Choice. The Robertshaw 5000 family of thermostats is designed to control gas, electric, oil, heat pump, and millivolt heating and electric cooling systems. The RS5110 (sold separately) is a single stage thermostat while the RS5220 is a two-stage thermostat. The RS5000 thermostats use 5/2 programming. This means the 5 weekdays will operate on one schedule and the 2 weekend days will operate on a second schedule.
