The Fuel Cell Car Science Kit from Horizon is educational and fun way to learn about the alternative power source that is fuel cell technology. The kit is a great teaching tool for adults and children alike to demonstrate on a small scale how a fuel cell is able to convert chemical energy into electricity to power the mini-fuel cell car. Using a PEM (proton exchange membrane) fuel cell, the vehicle will drive by itself and even intelligently reverse and move 90° when it hits an object.
