Essential Info
Installing in-wall or in-ceiling stereo speakers requires running speaker cable through your walls to the ultimate speaker locations. But that doesn't mean there needs to be an unsightly hole in the wall behind your stereo. By installing the 2-Post Speaker Tap, you'll be able to send your connector from your audio output to a decorator-style wall outlet with two receptacles for your stereo speaker cables. Speakers and cables are sold separately.

The 2-Post Speaker Tap's premium audio connectors are color coded for easy polarity identification. Screw stops on the connector ends prevent disassembly. No soldering is required to connect to speaker wire, and the 2-Post Speaker Tap even has receptacles for optional banana plugs.
The 2-Post Speaker Tap fits into a standard designer two-gang wall plate (sold separately). For surround sound connections, use the Theater Decorator Tap (sold separately), which offers five different connections for speakers around the room.
