Essential Info
Installing in-wall or in-ceiling speakers requires running speaker cable through your walls to the ultimate speaker location. But that doesn't mean there needs to be an unsightly hole in the wall behind your stereo. By installing the Audio Decorator Tap, you'll be able to send your connector from your audio output to a decorator-style wall outlet with two clearly labeled right- and left-channel receptacles. You can also use this plate to terminate speaker wires run from the centrally located A/V components to each room in your home and then run audio cable from the Audio Decorator Tap to your speakers. Speakers and cables are sold separately.

The Audio Decorator Tap's premium audio connectors are color coded for easy polarity identification. Screw stops on the connector ends prevent disassembly. No soldering is required to connect to speaker wire, and the Audio Decorator Tap even has receptacles for optional banana plugs.
The Audio Decorator Tap fits into a standard designer wall plate (sold separately). For surround sound connections, use the Theater Decorator Tap (sold separately), which offers five different connections for speakers around the room.
