Keeping an eye on your home is easy — even in total darkness — with the Black & White Cat. 5 IR Camera, a weatherproof black & white camera that uses a single twisted pair cable to receive power and deliver video and audio (with the optional Cat. 5 Camera Microphone). You'll be able to access the camera's images from any room in the house with a cat. 5-connected video amplifier. A cat. 5 camera module resides in your structured wiring enclosure; a video modulator directs the images to the video amplifier, so you'll be able to see the camera feed either through your connected television or through an LCD Display Module. All components of this cat. 5 system are sold separately.

The Black & White Cat. 5 IR Camera has a SONY 1/3" CCD sensor and includes a removable tilt-and-swivel base for easy aiming. With its built-in low-light infrared emitter, the camera can see in total darkness up to 30 feet away, so intruders won't escape its eye, even in the dead of night. Audio can be added to this cat. 5 camera's feed by connecting the Cat. 5 Microphone to the camera's included mounting wall plate.
An auto-electronic shutter and auto-gain control provide improved picture quality. The camera has a 92-degree viewing angle, so you'll be able to see everything in its range. If you prefer a bullet-style camera, a black & white bullet camera and a color bullet camera are also available.
