If you have a Greyfox structured wiring distribution system in place, there's no need to run new cables or wires in order to network computers to share peripherals and Internet access. Now you can link up to four computers in your home with the 4-Port Internet Firewall Router, which provides Internet access and networking functions, as well as firewall protection for a secure home network. The Greyfox structured wiring distribution enclosures are sold separately.

This Internet firewall router with 4-port 10/100 base-T Ethernet switch supports separate Internet access to multiple computers from a single user account, whether high-speed cable or DSL. With its plug-and-connect design for simple port configuration, the 4-Port Internet Firewall Router snaps easily into your home network center, enabling users to share printers, files, modems and hard disk space in a local area network.
Safe for connecting both Macs and PCs to your high-speed Internet modem or an Ethernet backbone, the 4-Port Internet Firewall Router mounts in a double-size module space of any Greyfox structured wiring box.
Need to connect more computers? An 8-Port Internet Firewall Router is also available. If you don't need the Internet feature, you can still connect five computers to create a home network with the 5-Port Ethernet Switch Module. Telephone and video distribution modules are also available and sold separately.
