Easy to install and works very well. The first one did not work but Customer Service replaced it promptly. It comes in "clam-shell" plastic retail packaging which can be a real bear to open. And you must be very careful to not damage the very small antenna wire when removing the receiver switch from that package. But right now, I am very pleased.

I had one of these switches that failed after 5 years. The switch I ordered from Smarthome did not work, and it turned out to be defective after speaking to Leviton. A replacement was handled quickly and efficiently, and it works well. This switch was much easier to install than wiring a new three way switch, so I recommend it. It's very useful to add a second switch for a light, the convenience is well worth the price. I used it for my dining room light. Just follow the instructions very carefully, there are switches that must be matching, you could use two of these on 2 different channels. I'm not sure if this works for florescent lights, but I don't have these on this circuit. This switch is a bit deep, like the size of a dimmer switch, so you need a box with a little room for the switch that you are replacing. The remote switch is a surface mount switch, it does not need a box.

Works as advertised. The remote switch is a little hard to turn on. You have to push hard and in the right spot to make it work.

The new energy saving fluorescent lamps flicker objectionably with this switch. It will probably work well with incandescent lamps.

The poor rating is due to this not working on a flourescent light. I got it all installed before I called tech support to find this out, causing me grief.

Works great -- as advertised. Saved me from having to redo wiring in an old home.

This product works great. I could not find this wireless switch in Ivory anywhere. Leviton suppliers in Canada said they are not available in Ivory. Thank you very much for the quick shipping (to Canada).
